3. Pricing and Payment a. Pricing: Our fees are based on the volume of junk removed. We provide upfront quotes upon assessment, and these quotes include all labor, transportation, and disposal costs. b. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

 

4. Service Limitations a. Hazardous Materials: LC Junk does not handle hazardous materials. Customers are responsible for the proper disposal of such items. b. Accessibility: Clients must ensure clear access to the items for removal. Inaccessible items may result in additional charges or service limitations. c. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling a. Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. b. Rescheduling: We accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

 

6. Liability a. Property Damage: While we take utmost care during removal, LC Junk is not liable for any damage to property during the service. b. Injuries: Clients assume all risks associated with the removal process and absolve LC Junk from any liability for injuries sustained during the service.

 

7. Customer Responsibilities a. Preparation: Customers must identify items for removal and ensure their accessibility. b. Permission: Clients must have the necessary permissions for items located on private or public property.

 

8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes or concerns should be communicated to LC Junk promptly for resolution.

 

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho USA, and any disputes will be settled in accordance with these laws.

 

10. Changes to Terms LC Junk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
