Questions

How does delivery work?

We deliver between 8 AM and 8 PM. The time you pick when booking is for scheduling only — the exact hour is not guaranteed, and rentals booked less than 48 hours out may move with our route. We text or call when we are on the way. You do not have to be home. Leave placement notes when you book.

What does the $280 cover?

The $280 base covers 1 day, one dump, and 2,000 lbs. Days 2 and 3 are $65 each. A 3-day rental is $410, and a 7-day rental is $545, before the 6% tax.

How long can I keep it?

Daily pricing runs up to 7 days. A 7-day rental is $545 before tax.

What can go in the bin?

Household junk, furniture, mattresses, wood, drywall, and yard waste. A washer, dryer, or dishwasher is $25 each. To keep loads safe and legal, we cannot take dirt, concrete, batteries, paint, tires, TVs, refrigerators, or any other hazardous waste.

How much weight is included?

Every dump includes up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs). Over that, extra weight is $0.03 per pound — $60 per ton. The maximum load is 7,000 lbs. An additional dump is $285.

Where does it sit?

The bin is 16 ft long, about 7 ft wide, and 4 ft tall. It needs a clear spot that size. We place boards under it.

Do I need a permit?

A bin kept entirely on your own property is not the placement these street rules describe. We did not find a published permit for that private-property placement in the city codes below. On a public street, sidewalk, or other public right-of-way, the agency that owns the street is the one that permits it. In Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Star, and Garden City, that agency is the Ada County Highway District, except on state highways, which are the Idaho Transportation Department. Boise City Code 6-10A-12 also says a drop box in a street parking space needs an ACHD permit, and it limits an unpermitted drop box to 72 hours. In Nampa’s Downtown Historic District, city parking rules require a permit before a dumpster sits in an on-street space, and a right-of-way permit if it is in the public right-of-way. Caldwell requires an approved city right-of-way permit before activity in the public right-of-way. Call us before a street drop and we will help you match the block to the right office.
