Commercial cleanout dumpster
Offices, retail, and property cleanups are one of the three audiences on the site. The bin is still the 15-yard, and the prohibited list does not change for a business address.
What a suite cleanout includes
Desks, shelving, carpet, packaging, and remodel debris from a retail or office suite fit the accepted list when they are ordinary solid waste. A property manager clearing a unit is the same rental as a home cleanout: you load, we drop and pick up.
Dock and alley limits
Garden City and downtown Boise are where the spot fails. A 16 ft bin needs a clear apron, not a shared alley full of parked cars. If the only place is the public street, the permit section on this page is the rule to use before delivery day.
Paint, solvents, tires, batteries, and other hazardous material from a shop cannot go in. Sort them out. A washer, dryer, fridge, or dishwasher is $25 each. TVs and monitors are not allowed.
What can go in
In the bin
Household junk
Furniture, mattresses, and a garage or basement cleanout.
Appliances
A washer, dryer, or dishwasher is $25 each. Refrigerators and TVs stay out.
Construction debris
Wood, drywall, cabinets, and other job-site junk.
Yard waste
Branches, shrubs, and fence boards. Soil stays out.
Leave these out
No dirt, concrete or brick
Too heavy for this 15-yard. A dirt or flatwork job needs a different plan.
No batteries, paint, or chemicals
They contaminate the load and the landfill refuses them.
No tires
Landfills will not take them in a mixed load — tire shops recycle them.
No TVs or refrigerators
Screens and refrigerant units need special disposal and cannot ride in the bin.
No hazardous waste
When in doubt about a material, call before you load it.
