A kitchen, bathroom, or flooring project is the job this 15-yard is measured for, as long as the debris is wood, drywall, cabinets, and household junk.
Debris that matches the list
Cabinets, countertops that are not stone slabs full of concrete, drywall, lumber, old flooring, and the junk that comes out of the room can go in. Keep the load level. A single bathroom is often less than the bin. A whole-house gut can need a swap. Extra dumps are on the included-terms list. Call to schedule the swap. Same-day swaps need four hours’ notice.
What turns a remodel into a rejected load
Tile beds, brick, a concrete shower pan, and dirt from a moved wall are prohibited. Do not load the bin with a skid steer or other equipment. The agreement holds the customer responsible for damage from that. Hand loading is the rule on the site.

Leave these out
No dirt, concrete or brick
Too heavy for this 15-yard. A dirt or flatwork job needs a different plan.
No batteries, paint, or chemicals
They contaminate the load and the landfill refuses them.
No tires
Landfills will not take them in a mixed load — tire shops recycle them.
No TVs or refrigerators
Screens and refrigerant units need special disposal and cannot ride in the bin.
No hazardous waste
When in doubt about a material, call before you load it.
Included terms
- Every rental includes one dump with up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs). Extra weight is $0.03 per pound ($60 per ton).
- Need another dump during your rental? Each additional dump is $280.
- Maximum load is 7,000 lbs.
- Same-day swaps or pickups need 4 hours’ notice, or a $150 same-day service fee applies.
- Delivery window is 8 AM–8 PM. We text when we are on the way. The time you pick at booking is for scheduling only — it is not a guaranteed delivery hour, and bookings made less than 48 hours out may shift with our route.
- Boards are placed under the bin to protect the surface.
- A washer, dryer, or dishwasher is $25 each.
